Dr. Troy Shoemaker was inaugurated as President of Pensacola Christian College in 2012. His experience extends from the classroom to the boardroom. He has served in many key leadership positions including 16 years as administrator of Pensacola Christian Academy—one of the largest Christian schools in America. He has a broad and deep understanding of education and is considered one of the top experts in the industry as well as a leader in influencing the future of Christian education.
A popular speaker, he is considered an expert on leadership within and without Christian education. His focus is to bring practical applications to biblical principles and teach leaders how to be used of God to prepare the next generation for the cause of Christ.
Deborah Demirjian joined the faculty of West Coast Baptist College in 2009. Thirty years of teaching experience have fostered her deep passion for the furtherance of Christian education. Deborah is amazed at God’s orchestration in leading her to WCBC and fervently desires to assist the next generation of teachers in impacting lives for eternity. She enjoys singing in the choir at Lancaster Baptist Church and partnering with her husband in the discipleship ministry. Mrs. Demirjian's credentials include:

Karen is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, community relations, events, public affairs and communications to our conference. For the past 21 years, she has worked within the Coca-Cola Company as the Director of Marketing, Sales and Event. Currently, Mrs. Brunke is the Director of Admissions and Marketing at Mt. Pisgaugh Christian School where she is responsible for developing long-term goals and policies related to recruitment and retainment strategies. Karen will revolutionize how you think about admissions and marketing and teach our schools how to engage new families and retain current ones!
