Our goal is to assist each child in becoming a well-balanced individual through a focus on these seven areas of development:

Program Options:

Grand View Early Learning Center has two different programs to choose from:

Daycare: available 12 months of the year for ages 6 weeks through four years old

  • Open 12 months of the year
  • Available for children 6 weeks old through entering kindergarten
  • Closed on major holidays and teacher inservice days
  • Spring Break, Summer Break and Christmas Break programming has an academic focus interwoven with fun activities based on the season at hand.
  • Three and four-year-olds will participate in the preschool from September through May

Preschool: choice between 9 months (September – May) and 12 months of care

Enrollment choice is available to parents with students 36 months old through entrance into kindergarten.

9 Month Preschool

  • Enrolled and billed during academic year only (beginning of September through the end of May)
  • Care available anytime the ELC is open with reservations through the ELC Director on any day GVCA K-12 is closed.
    • Spring Break, Summer break, Christmas break and other off-day programming has an academic focus interwoven with fun activities based on the season at hand. Therefore, not attending on these days will not negatively impact your child from an academic perspective.

12 Month Preschool

  • Enrolled and billed monthly for entire year
  • Care available anytime the ELC is open with reservations through the ELC Director on any day GVCA K-12 is closed.
    • Spring Break, Summer Break, Christmas Break and other off-day programming has an academic focus interwoven with fun activities based on the season at hand. Therefore, not attending on these days will not negatively impact your child from an academic perspective.   

All students in the Daycare and Preschool Programs are grouped by age and ability as follows:

Infants : 6 weeks-12 months 1:4 teacher to student ratio (max 8)

Wobblers: 12 – 24 months 1:4 teacher to student ratio (max 8)

Toddlers: 24 – 3 years 1:5 teacher to student ratio (max 10)

Pre-K3: at least 36 months 1:10 teacher to student ratio (max 19)

Pre-K & Pre-K4 – four years old by September 1st, 1:10 teacher to student ratio (max 29)

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Registration Fees: 

                 $200 – per child or $400 maximum per family  (non-refundable)

                 $12 – Online reenrollment packet fee

                 $22 – Online new student enrollment packet fee         

Curriculum Fees:

Book/Supply fees are per student and are due July 1st.

Infant thru Toddlers  – $150

K-3 thru K-4  –  $200

2024/2025 Tuition Rates:

Infant  thru Tod – $990 per month

Pre-3 – $610 per month

Pre-4 and Pre-K – $585 per month (must be potty-trained)

2025/2026 Tuition Rates : New rates effective July 1, 2025.

Infant  thru Tod –  $1100 per month

Pre-3  – $630  per month

Pre-4 and Pre-K – $600 per month (must be potty trained)

Grand View Early Learning Center is certified by the Oregon Department of Early Learning and Care. The ODELC establishes regulations that govern our facility, staff, record keeping, nutrition, health and safety procedures.
